Ever since KFC got new kinda new management, The Nice Mid-Younger Guy that is always working hard everytime I visit the KFC on Ash Street in Goldsboro, NC; (I’m not to sure of his name but him and his staff are so respectful and serves our needs yes and wants ). Most of the time he does go far and beyond or expectations the reason I say it this way is because even if it’s 10pm which I believe is closing time for them, he always accepts us and doesn’t turn us away like most of these businesses around here do. Thanks so going the extra mile for us man, that’s awesome. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible! I have never had chicken from KFC or anywhere that looked this bad. It was burnt, bitter tasting, very greasy in what seemed to be very old used oil that left brown residue on my plate. It wasn’t even crispy and the meat seemed to be missing or just odd looking chunks. I hope we don’t get sick from this :(. Don’t think we’ll go to this branch ever, very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Terrible I ordered a 12pc family meal they told me 7 min at the speaker (which I don’t mind if it’s fresh) 15 min later I backed up to check on it they said they were working on my sides ok pulled back up another 10 min go by & 5 cars or more has went thru with out pulling up I park and go in bc 25 min is ridiculous they should have said 20+ min not 7 but that’s not

The cashier was not attentive, the manager was rude, not by her actions, but the fact that she never looked me in the face during our interaction, nor did either apologize for the inconvenience or thank me for my patience. I was very respectful, no shade, no attitude. Even if they didn’t mean it, those things would have made me feel better about the visit. But I PROMISE that I will not visit again.

Food was OK, however even though there was no one else in line they tried to rush us through the drive through. They forgot our coleslaw, gave us and empty frie cartin, and almost didn’t hand us our drinks. That was 33$ I won’t be spending there again!
