Wow! This KFC has it going on. Cleanest one I’ve ever been in. Food was good and fast. Adam served us and had such a super personality. He truly has a heart for serving and taking care of the customer. All KFCs need someone like Adam to train all the front house people all over the KFC nation…trust me. I travel and visit a lot of them.

I was excited to get the new spicy chicken wrap, but I was so disappointed. Didn’t know they were “snack wraps” they looked bigger in pictures. I got two wraps and they took one chicken strips and split it between my 2 wraps and didn’t even try to hide it bc the ripped end was sticking out. Soo I paid $5 for one chicken tender. They were good but it was two small bites of chicken per wrap.

Slow in the past but recent experience was excellent. Was worried being 3rd car in drive thru line as this could be 10 minute wait in the past, but after ordering we had our orders within 5 minutes or less. Accurate order and these KFC chicken sandwiches are thick!

the drive thru line is the slowest line on 4042. if you want to wait 30+minutes for fast food then this is the place for you. i also ordered crunchy tacos and i barely had any meat, felt like i was just eating the shell.

They don’t honor deals. We ordered food there about 2 weeks prior and they left out 12 biscuits, so we went in today to have the deal honored. When we spoke to the night manager the night of the incident, he had taken our name, number, and the deal we were supposed to get for having gotten ripped off 12 biscuits everything was good, but going in to actually have the deal honored did not happen. The manager on duty today (5/18/23) scoffed and pretended to ‘not find anything written down’. When we order out, it’s a special thing for us since we usually drop quite a bit of money, having 4 kids and all– but this will be the last time we ever step foot in there for food, mark my words. Scumbags.

This will be the last time I visit this location. Got home after a trip through the drive-thru, and my side order of mac n cheese wasn’t in the bags, PLUS my 3 piece chicken only had 2 pieces of chicken. So they ripped me off for about $5… and to top it all off, when I called to let them know they’d messed up my order – no answer
