Last night i had the worst experience. 8:30 pm went through drive through, was told by the staff that they had only 2 items pn the menu. Wings and stripes.

If you want to get disappointed this is your spot. I need an adult in there so run the show. Last time I went to this location I ordered like normal just to be at the window to be told they don’t have this or that. Would much rather a Chick-fil-A here than this establishment. It’s like not only the quality of service the food has been under the lamp too long or something. Instead of KFC it should be IDC because you can’t tell me anyone in there does.

This place should be shut down! Disrespectful staff and poor service. Waited in line for 20 minutes, ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy. Word to the wise, when ordering at this “hole in the wall” make sure you ask them to put the gravy in containers. The mashed potatoes were in containers but the gravy was dumped in the bag. This type of work ethic and mentality is what is destroying this Country. And they want $15 an hour but show they aren’t even worth $0.15 a day.

This location always has a wait. I pulled into the drive through and waited for an extensive amount of time. I pulled out of line, parked and went inside to order. Several customers were waiting in line inside. Counter service was also slow. One Male customer returned his order to the counter while I waited. He requested a refund due to the quality of his food. I finally got my order and left. My food was okay. It would have been better if it was hot. I always see new staff when I go inside. The turnover in staffing seems to be a consistent for this store.

Polite staff working really hard to serve the drive thru line while also allowing customers inside. The dining room was not spotless but the staffs willingness to show up to work and take care of their customers far outweighs any defects.

Ordered a 12 PC meal, didnt get our coleslaw or biscuits, the mashed potatoes barely covered the bottom of the bowl and it was supposed to be a large. So I paid $35 for 12 pics of chicken, a spoon full of mashed potatoes and an almost large fry. This place is horrible and extremely disappointing. Will never go back. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

I went to KFC this evening and ordered two original meals, a two piece and a three piece totaling approximately $17.06. As sat in the drive thru line waiting I had a few minutes to exam the menu in more detail to which I discovered the $20 fill-up option was the better deal. When I approached the window I explained to the KFC employee that I would like to charge my order. She refused and/or denied my request explaining that they had already prepared my food and it couldn’t be changed. Mind you she never do much as passed a straw out the window to me and there had been no money exchange. I kindly put my car in drive and proceeded down HWY70 to Bo jangles! Extremely poor customer service to say the least and a missed opportunity for KFC TO MAKE MORE MONEY.

Went through drive up, ordered 12 piece bucket meal. They were out of gravy and tea, cole slaw was just cabbage, no sauce. Got the chicken, 9 of 12 pieces. Woman inside was eating, hard to understand. Last three times, billed and paid, for food not received. No answer when I call. Lost this customer.

No management. I watched 5 other orders get filled before mine. My food wasn’t even fresh. It was cold and soggy! Couldn’t even eat it. The guy in front of me advised me to go somewhere else. He asked if a manager was there and they said no. I should’ve listened to him. Compete waste of money.
