My Dad and I stopped in and got the chicken livers dinners, they were cooked fresh and tasted really good. Our only issue is the price…$8.49 each for them. Seems a bit steep in our opinion. Other than that we would recommend them to people.

Ordered the new nuggets and they were barely warm. Soggy not crispy. Staff was cold and acted bothered that we came in the store. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Went there at 4:00pm May 27,2023 ordered chicken sandwich meal, they have no honey mustard, no ketchup, the worst customer service! The girl taking my order laughed at the fact that they didn’t have any condiments that I wanted! She was rude and unprofessional towards me! Never had such poor customer service here before! If you’re going to work in a service industry, you need to be happy to serve, or get a different job!

Ordered 2 things. Mac and cheese was not fresh but coleslaw was just ok. Went to drive thru and woman was rude and also overcharged me. The worst KFC I have ever been to!!! Should go to W Mkt St for sure. I see all the terrible reviews and wished I had read them b4 but was driving by and. . Won’t make that mistake again. Rude people and bad food. Glad I did not get chix today!!!

Would givea 0 star rating if I could. WTH, 8 O’clock on a Sunday. Walk in and the attendant looks at me like a deer in headlights. Puzzled look and all. Like what the heck am I doing here. I finally sY I want an 8 piece chicken meal. She says, “We ain’t got no chicken”. Why not just close the place or put a sign on the door. Poor workforce and poor management.

Worst customer service ever. 2nd time in last year that I’ve eaten here. 1st time I wanted to substitute an item but cashier said I couldn’t but I had to force her to read the coupon b/c coupon said I could substitute for a fee. She then proceeds to have a nasty attitude. I go again yesterday. I ordered online an went through the drive thru. I get to the window and advise that I have an online order. 1st person seemed like she was about to get my food and then 2nd lady says I have come in to get my food. I asked why and just given the response “cause”. My food was literally within arms reach. Could have just turned around and handed me my food.I will not go back to this KFC ever again. Done!

Pulled up, ordered livers and biscuit dinner only to be told at the window that the Livers and two sides were the only thing offered. Somebody explain this to me….quick, as the sides are in plastic containers that you fill. Dont put them in the box and guess what, livers and biscuit is what you get. This particular location always got something to say. I could go into what they told me last week but nobody’s gonna do anything. Close this battleground location or restaff it.

Since the renovation it is quite nice inside. I just wish they would keep it cleaner. Floor is always a little sticky and theres always a faint smell in the dining area. ***

Went to KFC on Battleground for a chicken tenders meal and a side of gravy. The small gravy container was only about 1/4 full. I pointed this out and asked if they could fill the container up. They consulted with each other and said that is how full it is supposed to be. I don’t know why they couldn’t give me another ladle of gravy, I guess the price of flour and water has increased due to inflation. So, I asked for my gravy money back and they nicely complied. I wonder if they poured that expensive gravy back in the pot?
