My husband and I stopped in yesterday and they were out of chicken, which I know happens. Went by again today and stood right in front of register for 6 minutes waiting for service. Decided to drive to the KFC on Cotton Grove in Lexington. Much better service.

Terrible service here! Not one, not two, but MULTIPLE times they decide to stop making food 2 HRS BEFORE CLOSING??!!! I put in an order today AGAIN 2 hrs before closing & when I go to pick it up they want to tell me they have no more chicken & they are not making anymore?! Like why say the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM??? It might as well say 8 PM. I DO NOT recommend this KFC at all. This has happened to me MULTIPLE times & sadly the only KFC in town. Employees act like they don’t care & want to get smart. Like if they don’t want to work then let us know!

One and a half hours before closing there were some items they did not have available, because they were frozen, other items, such as the chicken we received was burnt to a crisp. The biscuits dry and hard. There was no upside to this, other than after numerous attempts to call the restaurant, And no one answering… I called corporate and received a refund.

I was waiting for the restaurant to open after having dental surgery because nothing is better than KFC potatoes and gravy. But the manager Lilly was so rude and disrespectful. Still waited for the store to open. She took my order disgusted and snapping her gum. Chicken nuggets were not ready having to wait. Lilly, if you don’t like your job, please find your joy somewhere else. Life is to short to be this miserable! Ps guess who forgot to put gravy on my room temp famous bowl! Ugh

Attempted to place an order at the drive thru around 6:30pm I was informed that there was a 15min wait on ALL chicken. I let them know I just wanted the 5 piece nugget and she informed me there was a wait for those as well. I ended up leaving.

Th3 chicken was real good. If this is supposed to serve 4 people they must mean 1 adult and 3 toddler s there was enough potatoes for 2 people the Mac and cheese is horrible now no taste of cheese anyplace the biscuits were great soft not hard very edible

I am a door dash driver and it took 45 mins to receive food for delivery.people came and went as I waited. No consideration for delivery. Manager very confrontational as all I said its been 30 minutes what is the status of my order. Watched a employee drop a piece of chicken look around to see if anyone saw and then serve to customer in drive thru. Worse service and worse food, my family ate there a couple days ago and it was terrible and cold.($40) Never again. Worse KFC in America hands down.
