Horrible customer service. Waited 25 minutes for food, they forgot the biscuits and gravy, then did not give a receipt. When I went back to ask for the items Gunner was so incompetent and said he isn’t allowed to give the items. Thank goodness the manager was there who was able to get the gravy and biscuits.

We just had a terrible experience here. We bought our meals and noticed they had all sorts of small packs of condiments such as ketchup, taco sauce, hot sauces. However they don’t have and have never had small packs of mayo. We’ve always been able to ask for the staff to give us a tiny bit of mayo which they would put in a tiny plastic cup. Today they refused to give us a little bit of mayo. They said it would have to be “rung up” as a side and we’d have to pay extra. This is ridiculous when they don’t provide any small packs like they do for ketchup, taco sauce etc. Sometimes the person preparing their chicken Sandwich or their new wrap doesn’t put enough on the sandwich, leaving it dry. It’s utterly ridiculous they won’t give you extra mayo without charging for it. We won’t be back.

I ordered a 16 piece extra crispy, I received original, not that big a problem but four sides included and I ordered an extra two =6, received 5; four I ask for and one I didn’t and one missing. I find it sad that the hourly wage is $15.00, according to the sign at the drive thru but the care for the customer is less then minimum wage; it is not a hard a task to double check an order and count containers so a customer spending $65.00 and the next town away doesn’t get home with less then their order. I tried calling but noone would answer.

Been here twice. First time about 3 months ago. Waiting at the counter watching 3 employees talking behind the ovens. Two of them looked directly at me a couple times and kept talking. I left after about 7-8 mins. Came in today. They got my order wrong. When I went back to the counter, the employee sounded like I was a bother to him as he said “what’s up?”. He handed me the missing item and no apologies or anything. He just mumbled and walked away. I will not be back to this location.

Did not have the food i ordered. I ordered crispy chicken and they filled my order and said we are out of crispy and it will be 30 minutes before we have anymore. This is a problem often at this KFC

Went to this location to get a 16 piece family meal with half original half extra crispy at 6:20pm today! The guy on the drive thru speaker said to he only had original which we were okay with! Then he said sorry all we can do right now is an eight count! So we informed them that we could wait for more to be cooked then a female came over the speaker (guessing management) and said that all they have left are 8 pieces of chicken they are short staffed and they are not cooking anymore chicken! So we left to go to Bojangles. Why even have your doors open if you can’t even make any food! You had nothing posted about being limited on what you could order! If I had went online and ordered this it would have not been fulfilled due to them not “wanting” to cook more chicken! We are very disappointed in this service and will never be coming here again!
