Beware!! You should definitely avoid this KFC. Worst I’ve ever seen. The floors were disgusting, nasty, sticky, and covered in filth. Not a single table had been cleaned. My wife and I had to clean our own table. Waited in line for 10 min before they took our order, and it still took 32 minutes to get our food once ordered. We both ordered chicken tenders. 32 minutes is beyond ridiculous. We weren’t the only cystomers who were experiencing the same issue. A couple of different customers said they would not return to this KFC. The manager was extremely rude and barking at customers. It was clearly obvious that this manager is a big reason the store was in the shape it was in. I will never visit this particular KFC again.

Picked up dinner tonight from this location. Mind you, it’s getting dark so I can’t really see my food or drink in the car. I park to eat dinner. Ate my food which was great as always. I get to driving and start sipping on my Mountain Dew, I’m half way through it when I start to taste and feel something really rough and weird in my drink. I turn the light on and noticed there is a ton of black stuff just floating around in my water in chunks. I’m guessing their ice machine is probably moldy… now I feel sick!

What happened KFC in Kernersville?? I can’t believe how awful the food was. Also, please teach your drive thru customer service! There are free classes available online! It was old. 100 percent was sitting under the heat lamp for a couple hours before being served. I have been coming to this location since I was 6. Very sad.

I stopped by here was anticipating on getting some extra crispy chicken walked in the door order what I needed to order and was informed that they did not have any extra crispy chicken available I asked if they had any original recipe and they said they only had like two breasts a couple thighs legs and wings I asked how long it would take before the extra crispy chicken was available and they said about 25 to 20 minutes I do not know why they did not have any chicken available but when you walk into a KFC I would assume that chicken should be available probably won’t be coming back to this KFC anytime soon

Had to pull around both times I went here for simple orders to be cooked. In there defense there was not many customers so maybe it was a mangers call to not have prepared food go to waste but defeats the purpose of fast food. Feels more like Zaxbys but tastes like kfc….

What a Joke. Was flagged down by a worker wearing a headset sitting in their personal car. Telling people “The Drive thru is closed you have to go in”. Once going in things went from Bad to Worse. The floors were filthy and there was a leaking hose running through the kitchen. Complete chaos inside. We quickly left. The fast food service industry has really gone down fast since COVID, and continue to get worse. Will not be returning to this location.

We waited in line for 10 mins before someone took our order, then waited 20 mins for our food, once my husband walked up to the counter, they got our order ready right then. It’s like they forgot about us. The restaurant was dirty and the manager was hateful and bossy to her employees. Will not be going back.

I haven’t tasted the food yet. They had the bulls on sale for $3 so I went to get dinner for my family. I walked in to find the drive-through guy sitting on the order counter. And I said to him you’re sitting on the counter will you deliver food. He laughed and walked away. A nice young lady I believe her name was Rhonda came and took my water she was very accommodating which is why they got one star. I stepped to where I could watch them prepare my food. I was a bit turned off to see the puddles of water and dirt on the floor around the food stations. The manager was very playful with the young man who was sitting on the counter. She heard me when I commented to him about sitting on the counter and when we made eye contact she merely shook her head. Very disappointed with the cleanliness from the restaurant and the behavior of the employees.

I used a coupon and they showed the discount on the receipt, then showed it as “donation ” and charged me full price. When I called them out they pulled $7 out of the register and didn’t re-enter anything. And then they “forgot” the gravy for the mashed potatoes and gravy.
