We haven’t had KFC in a very long time and their food was actually decent. The dining area itself was not very tidy and the tables all were dirty. Seems like the cleaning solution they used made the tables sticky. We used the text coupon and for $3.19 for the two piece dinner wasn’t a bad price for dinner!

Terrible customer service!! I’ll start at the drive thru, the person said “Thank you for returning ” and that’s not an appropriate greeting. Next, I repeated the order twice of extra crispy chicken and 2 large cups of ice. I was told to pull forward. I paid with my debit card and was not given a receipt. When asking about the receipt the girl told someone else to print my receipt. It said duplicate and was not right. Someone else comes looking. I was given one cup of ice and after I said it was two another cup was given with no drink carrier. Only one person in the car. Hello! Since all of this occurred I checked the food which was wrong! It was original chicken. I had to pull up to the door to receive that order. Had I not been picking up the order I would have left. Just a horrible experience all together. Lastly where was the hot sauce? No condiments given. Train people on paying attention to detail and being more courteous. I wonder if this is the reason no receipt was given.

Order from doordash for pickup because I had a coupon. Went to the pickup window and the girl was nice. Got home and ate my food and everything was good! This is the first time I have been in a while where everything was as I wanted it to be. Perhaps you should go at 12:30 on a Sunday so you can get fresh food as they are probably expecting a crowd and ready for you. Good experience and I’ll be back, keep up the good work! (This review is being left as a person who has been in the restaurant business for 40 years)

The chicken is burnt. The skin is very hard. Very dark and taste burnt. The potatoes weren’t stirred well. But more than enough water was added. So on top of having soupy potatoes they were not sure we’ll. . Very poor preparation. But the person who served me was very polite very professional

So, this location has had problems with CUSTOMER SERVICE for YEARS. Just visited and had an extremely rude employee with an attitude….Tabitha( per the name on the receipt) if you’re just not feeling it today…go home your attitude is not needed. You better be glad it was my husband that came back in and not ME.

We went in about 4:30 thinking we were going to have something good. First they had no chicken pies,so i got chicken tenders and my husband go chicken livers and both of our meals were overcooked and the bbb biscuits were small and like hockey putts. I wanted a chicken pot pie so I went to KFC. That was the best little chicken pot pie I’ve had from there! It was good and hot, and had plenty of filling in it. The crust is my favorite. I break it up and eat every bit of it . My family had the famous chicken and it was delicious too! If you haven’t had KFC for a few, I suggest you go by there to see what you’ve been missing.

The service was below adverage one guy leaning over counter on cell. I got the 8 piece the chicken was very small and biscuit the biggest disappointment, they were smaller than Mary b’s which you can buy frozen in a bag. I know the prices are going up on everything but it’s less that fair to raise prices and shrink what we get, customers are loosing.
