We stopped by here for lunch during our road trip. Excellent customer service! The man in the drive through was patient and kind. The food was better than I remembered – it’s been years since I’ve been to a KFC. I’d come here again just for the customer service if we weren’t just driving through.

This location needs to change its name to KFN, Kentucky Fried Nasty. This location is consistently terrible. Chicken always tastes like it’s been under the warmer all day, biscuits stale, mashed potatoes runny. Not sure how they get away with it, but you can tell the GM doesn’t care.

Well I have worked there recently was fired by the gm Jeremy I was a cook and I have opened the store one morning and I was cooking the chicken opening the store and I told him the chicken was expired and it had a terrible smell and he had me throw away that bag of chicken well I have found more and more and he said okay that’s enough quit smelling the chicken and just make it so he had me cooking chicken that was out of date also recently he has asked me if I wanted to fight him he turned around put his stuff on the counter and asked me “do you want to fight” what kind of gm treats there employees like that also today I is my off day and he asked me to come in and open so I do and I go and look at the schedule so I know what I am working this week coming up and it’s morning shifts and I told him hey I’ve told y’all that I can’t work morning shifts and he said well your fired and didn’t give me a reason at all I asked multiple times and he could not give me a reason and I asked for the dm phone number and he would not give it to me and said to me leave and don’t ever come back to this store

April waits on my family in the KFC Beaver location once or twice a week. She is the sweetest lady with the most outgoing attitude. She is always up beat and happy everytime we are there. Wish everyone was like her! Even when our orders haven’t been just right she made it right. To the owners of this establishment hope you recognize her and her value, she’s a model employee, hope y’all know her worth!!!

The place was clean and well kept. The service was great even late at night. Only complaint I have is the chicken just doesn’t taste quite right. It’s almost like it watery? If that makes since not greasy not juicy kinda plain tasteless ( just the chicken not the breading)? I got an 8 pc drums and thighs only meal. First time it’s tasted like that it was all pink as well so maybe it was just undercooked not sure. Still I’d recommend this KFC I thinks its just a one off.
