Love the food but today’s service was terrible. After going through the drive thru, had to go back in twice for the drink they didn’t give us and whoever loaded the bag put the fries in upside down which dumped all in the bag. They replaced the fries but put at least a tablespoon of salt on each order. I could tell by the placement of the fries and the amount of salt was not by accident. Drink was only about 2/3 full as well. Do better KFC or you will lose our business.

We placed an order for a Christmas eve get together for the family. The food was ready to be picked up on time. Food was extremely hot and fresh. Placed an order online for convenience. It was supposed to be ready in about 30 minutes. Well it took almost an hour. Very poor service. This KFC used to be good but apparently whoever is in charge their does not know how to manage the restaurant. I will never order from there again until their is new management.
