I don’t know what kind of manager is running this place but is has went way down hill to the point of you ask for a breast meal the breast is so small looks like a thigh you ask for extra crispy at dinner time they don’t have it the chicken looks like it has sit in the same grease for days the chicken is so hard and dry you can’t eat it my mashed potatoes were upside down in box with lid off I pay $26.00 for two adults to get two meals we can’t even eat the manager should be ashamed of herself letting this food go out the window this way. You shouldn’t be serving food to customers this way unless you would eat it this way I hope this place gets better or we won’t be back you should be thriving to keep your customers happy not just about a pay check I told my boyfriend when we go to pick up fast food to hope for the best and expect the worse we’ll tonight was the worst I hope KFC gets it together.

I went to this location on 8/13/23 at 8:45 PM. I went to the drive thru, and a recording told me they were closed. They close at 9:00. Terrible customer service.

Tasty original recipe chicken, nice workers, we got our food quickly, and the renovated dining room is really nice with a nice view of tall trees across the street, Washington St traffic, and blue mountains in the distance. We’ll be back. 🙂 (03/14/23)

Tried the macn cheese bowl only because it has been advertised like everywhere. It was underwhelming to the extreme! Like waiting for the bear movie ever to come out, and then it’s just meh. Skip it. It sucks

We ordered a 12 pc meal with mashed potatoes grave coleslaw and mac and chees well the 6 biscuits were stuffed in the bucket on top of chicken so they were flattend by the bucket lid the gravy was as thin as water it was an overall horrible meal and I called several times and no-one would pick up phone sad sad sad

There may be worst KFC’s, but you would be hard pressed to find them. They often run out of food by 6PM, and won’t cook any more. Nine times out of ten your order will be wrong, and the staff is rude. Just tonight my husband ordered a three piece meal with large drink. The person at the drive thru gave him a medium drink, and when he said he ordered a large, she gave him attitude and refused to give him what he paid for. Threatened to call 911 on him. When he got home, instead of the three piece thigh meal he ordered he got 2 wings.I tried to call the store, only for the phone to ring without ever being picked up.

This was just your basic drive-thru takeout but I have to say on this trip, the biscuits were exceptionally well done. Hot and unusually fluffy and tasty; not the slightly stale rock hard ones that other locations often have. Extremely well done!
