Always getting my order completely wrong I live 36 minutes from this location and I just ordered a famous fill up bowl with a side of Mac and cheese yet I got a bowl of rice with green stuff in it and some kfc nuggets…… absolutely ridiculous.

KFC is one of our favorites. We stopped here for a quick bite, and while the service was very exquisite, the choices available at the time were not too many. To be specific, they had run out of Nuggets and chicken strips. While other their items were missing, the patron was apologetic and extremely kind with her service. The food was great as always; it is hard to top chicken.

One of the best spicy chicken sandwiches for fast food. I like to get the spicy chicken with extra spicy mayonnaise and then add ranch to it. The Nashville hot chicken is pretty good too considering it’s fast food. This particular location has always been friendly and quick. The food isn’t always 100% consistent but that’s to be expected from a fast food chain, so unless a location is consistently bad, I don’t hold it against them.

Terrible location. Ended up waiting for over an hour for an order placed online. Went back 2 months later because it could have been a bad day. It was not. They could not fill a simple order. Lesson learned.

Lost at least five customers because of long drive-thru wait times. Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru before I could even order. Just go to chick-fil-a.

I was spoken to in a hostile and condescending tone by one of the staff here. KFC in general has really taken a downward spiral, but this establishment might be one of the worst ones that I’ve ordered from. Not to mention, the menu prices have raised an extraordinary amount and many of the items on the menu are just placeholders since they are constantly out of stock.

Expect a minimum 45-60 minute wait. They do not keep chicken ready to go. You could go to Walmart up the road, drive home, bread & fry your own chicken quicker & cheaper than this place.

Was in there today ordered food for me my wife and son. Chicken was raw, staff was rude, and Mac and cheese had bits in it that was old and hard it’s been so long since they swapped the bins. This was the first time back in there since the last time the person taking my order was rude. Contacted corporate still no answer. If I could rate no stars I would. With raw chicken they are gonna kill somebody. If you care about your family do not eat here. I know I’ll never be back.
