On 5-3-23 I placed an online order I got there to pick up my order one lady came out and said it would be a 20 min wait I was starting to get mad bc she had told me didn’t you see all those people in front of you they all ordered 16 piece chicken so very frustrated I said I would wait so while I was in my car waiting the general manager I can’t remember her name came out personally and apologized and kind of explained why I was having to wait and also gave me a $10 gift card. This GM was very professional and took the time out of her busy day to let me know that she cared about her customers….

I placed an order for my parents to be delivered by Doordash. The order was delivered in a very timely manner. But the order was missing one of the two pot pies I ordered. Called KFC to figure out how to fix this. The lady was of no help what so ever. And even hung up on me. Never apologized or offered any help. Luckily I called door dash and got a refund. I will no longer order from KFC. Unfortunately that will make even less choices to order food for my elderly parents.

When we got there they informed us they were out of chicken, and wouldn’t have any for 20 minutes. This was at 4:30, when everyone was getting off work. Why wouldn’t they have started getting more ready when they seen it was getting low and not yet their busy time? But my husband tried to compromise and we ordered tenders and wraps since they did have those available. When we got home then tenders were rock hard and so were the fries. I called them and I will say that they did offer to replace the entire order whenever we came back. Hopefully next time is better. At least they’re trying to make it right. Some places wouldn’t even do that
