I was disappointed when I ordered the 20 dollar fill up. I was expecting it to be as advertised all in same box. However. It was sloppily basically thrown in a bag. French fry containers were only half full and the bag was extremely greasy. The chicken tasted fine but just sloppy presentation

The food was absolutely disgusting that chicken was old. It was not crispy you could not chew the skin. The chicken itself was dry the restaurant was dirty. The chicken strips were not edible at a bowl the macaroni and cheese was like eating rubber. French fries were cold food was gross.

Was very disappointed, it didn’t even taste like KFC, really bland, the biscuits were not done they wanted to replace but didn’t want to wait. There was another couple that got their order to go and they came back because the biscuits were not done, still gummy inside. We were on vacation and just knew we could get a good meal at KFC, didn’t happen. The workers were very pleasant which was a plus.
