Ordered a famous bowl received without gravy. Also ordered two chicken. Chalupa’s receive them with hamburger that’s after I went to the drive-through and they forgot to hand me the famous bowl had to walk inside to get my bowl plus did not receive utensils.

Dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen in any fast food restaurant. I have been in gas station restrooms that were cleaner. Food seemed like it was a few days old and not friendly staff. Ice Machine broken, or no one bothered to fill it with ice.

Usually a solid place to go, I was dissatisfied this time with the service. I ordered through the drive thru, and received my order. I drove home and looked, and it was short 2 large sides. I drove back to the restaurant, showed my receipt, and was treated extremely rude. I was confronted by the lady at the drive thru who claimed it was my fault for them leaving out my sides(?). I certainly will return, as the food is great, but will look for better attitudes this time.

The customer service was deplorable. We noticed the price had changed from ordering to picking up at window, so we stayed at window and checked our order….completely wrong order. My husband knocked on window and explained the order was wrong, while trying to tell cashier what we had ordered the window was closed in his face! She literally throws a bag on counter, opens window and hands out another bag…we check, wrong again. My husband again tries to tell her what we had ordered and gets window closed in his face AGAIN before he could finish. My husband knocks on window, she opens, he tells her he doesn’t appreciate her attitude and without apology she tells us they are short staffed. We finally leave with what we had ordered, plus extra… only because everything she kept passing out window, without letting us repeat our order, they could not take back. The food was good, hence the one star.

Got the 5 peice tender meal and the tenders outside was hard and dry. The tender didn’t taste usual. I took it up and asked for fresh tenders. They gave me what looked like the same ones. I tried them and took the meal up and asked for a refund. The manager seemed to have an attitude. The employees and manager were more dedicated to going outside to smoke. I couldn’t park right infront of the restaurant. I had to park closer to the road. I noticed as I walked out, all the employees had their vehicles parked infront next to the restaurant. Something needs to change and change quick or this will be another empty building here in Pulaski. Very disappointed
