I waited 22 minutes for my order pulled to side of Parking lot, needless to say there we’re 3 others vehicles wait as well, after abt 22 I went inside to see of my order, Said they gave my order to another person! And so I continued to wait and after 5 minutes I’m still waiting So I just requested my money back, and they said No No mask we’re getting order ready now! They gave me extra side for the waiting time! When I made it home, I got my food out and the damn biscuits were not done!! Still doughy in the middle! I’ll never go back there ever!! Very disappointed and displeasing!!

For the amount of money that I spent on my meal I was extremely disappointed with what I received. I ordered the 3 piece dark meat big box meal. I was given one thigh and 2 of the scrawniest chicken legs I’ve ever seen. After removing the breading, I bet I didn’t have 4 oz of meat between the 3 pieces of chicken. The individual mashed potatoes and gravy that I got was OK, but the coleslaw that I ordered was probably 75% liquid. And the biscuit that I received wasn’t much bigger than a golf ball. The service I received was friendly and courteous, but the product has really gone downhill. Prior to this visit, I had a very similar experience with a couple of buckets of chicken that we bought, so I had laid off purchasing from KFC in hopes that the product would get better. Sadly I was disappointed. Come on KFC let’s do better.

Waited over an hour for a 12-piece meal and left with no food. It took 20 minutes to order and 40 minutes for me to lose my patience and ask for an estimated completion time. After 40 minutes of waiting the supervisor apologized and told me there would be another 12 minute wait – they hadn’t even dropped the chicken into the fryer people. Management was polite and offered me a cake as an apology, which I accepted; however, I didn’t go there for free cake, I went there for dinner.

Food is good and employees are nice BUT if you get take out CHECK your bag. The last 4 times I’ve been there something has been missing. They’ll make it right but try to not have it happen TO BEGIN WITH. And their idea of serving large fries….sad.

Gave me the wrong order, had to drive back to store 15 mins to get corrected. The fried chicken was very shriveled and super greasy. No meat on chicken. $6.50 for 6 chicken livers and a biscuit. Terrible food.

The food sucked.change the oil in the fryers .My chicken was dark in color and 10 minutes late for my pickup because of biscuits need to be made .There slow .unorganized and seam to not be able to concentrate on 1 order at a time before going to help someone else and keeping a customer waiting for no reason. Quality of the food has really gone downhill. Ordered a chicken liver dinner and expressly asked it be cooked fresh. Was told they were cooked to order…well I got the most overcooked, burnt, dried up, old and refried livers that was tough as shoe leather..they are getting ready to see them again. And yes the picture shows all the livers that were served out of their drive through..
