about 10 years ago or so i came in this place and remember bad customer service and the food was dry as hell. After years later i tried it again today went in this location same as last time. now 10 years ago i tried this place twice and both times were bad corp reached out to me and refunded me. This time i try again lol even worse walked in did not have young lady take my order until 8 min later standing their. i order my food and she tells me the biscuits are going to be 12 minuets i was like this is not worth it and i left. I say the only places i dont have issues with is Popeyes and Bojangles so i guess i will continue going to those places.

Just got home order thur drive thru. Chicken tenders over cooked ,tough,cold. Must been under heat lamp forever. So disappointing. I use to like Kentucky fried won’t be ordering anytime soon after this mess.

I recently purchased a 4 piece with mash potatoes, besides the chicken not being fresh the mash potatoes looked as if someone ran a finger along the side of the mash potatoes which I couldn’t see because of the lid. This was the worse KFC I have ever tasted. It didn’t even taste like KFC…HORRRIBLE

Worst chicken tenders for a chicken restaurant. Obviously frozen, not breaded and fried in store. Overcooked and dried out. I was there just before noon so the ones I got may have been left over from the previous day. Won’t be going back there an time soon.

I was served raw chicken when I took it back the manager expresses she would have just ate around it. Blood was coming out of the chicken thigh. Horrible service… they are not for the customer, never once got an apology… never will I go to a KFC again in my life!!!! Electric road Roanoke VA never get food from there!!!

The cleanliness of the dining area was filthy. I was there 11:39 in the morning. This means they were not open very long. I do believe the dining room was not cleaned the night before. Most of the tables were dirty and with food particles. Old balloons on the floor, and the floor was very sticky. However, our cashier service was good..
