8/9/23 @ 6pm -Horrible & rude staff and manager. I stood at counter 10 mins and noone acknowledged me, i had to ask to speak to mgr – which she never came. “They were busy” i was told – 3 cars in driverhru and 1 picking up onlune order and me. My mobile order was supposed to be ready at 540- took addl 10 mins. Total incompetent employees and manager.

I had a very bad experience today at KFC …went thru drive thru and the lady wouldn’t read my order back to me nor did they get it right but when I got to the window it went sideways with the lady…she was very rude when I asked her to read the order to me because I wanted to make sure it was right…she slammed the window shut and asked someone else to come check the order. I wasn’t rude with her no way at all …I just need a number to report this further.

Unfortunately, this location is extremely understaffed. The staff they do have are rude and rarely take the time to make the correct order if they even have what you order.

Walked a mile and a half to get to the store and arrived at 8:59. Was let into the store and then told the lobby was closed and they wouldn’t serve us. Will not be going back.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered the spicy slaw chicken wraps. There wasn’t any spicy slaw on them when I opened them up to eat. What a bummer as I waited 20 minutes to get them.

Don’t not order any party food from here they will leave you out to dry. Went in a few days before to make sure of what needed to be done to order food. I was told they would have it and will inform others I would be there to pick it up by 2. Only to get there ask for the food and was told they don’t do that and I was like I just came in the other and was told I could. Then it changes to we don’t have it and I don’t know anything about it, so which lie ?

worst KFC in the chain. Very obvious they dont like and will go out of their way to not serve people with European ancestors. Wont ever go here again and will seriously reconsider ever going to a KFC in the future.
