I was super skeptical about anything when I went through the drive through and had to wait a super long time for my food but i was super amazed how awesome it was when I ate it, everything was fresh and hot, so hot I could barely eat it, it was awesome! I went inside and placed an order and tgere was a customer waiting for his food. After taking my order the spaced out emplyee asked me and the other customer what we ordered. While waiting for my order i kept hearing the emplyees talk back and fourth about other orders that they were messed up in the drive thru. Where theygave the customers part of there order and sent them on there way. Once i got home i found out the chicken i paid for was old and dried out. Leason learned when you see the crew that is disfuctioned get your money back and leave.

I ordered specifically the “$5 Mac & cheese bowl” via drive thru – they repeated my order “$5 Mac & cheese bow your total comes out to he $6.80” I go to get my food and ask them why is the total almost $7. They reply because the bowl is “$6” not “5”. The “$5” is applies when you order online.

Tell me why at 6pm… dinner time… they don’t have any chicken ready… I knew there was something wrong when the 2 cars in front of me pulled out of the drive thru line.. as soon as I drove up to oder the drive thru associate said it will be a 25 minute wait. I would of gave them zero stars but I have to put something to rate them… 2 thumbs down on this time around. KFC at iron bridge rd…you need to do better.

They never have the chicken ready, they always send me to wait, normally I don’t wait that long , but today I waited 35 minutes and my food was not ready. I had to go ask for my order and apparently they gave it to another person, wait another 5 minutes for it and they gave me an old mac & cheese in other words this time it was terrible service
