The young people working in these establishments especially this one needs to understand their purpose of working in fast food, I saw and heard an employee tell a shift mgr she ain’t doing nothing after she finish what she’s doing because she was suppose to be done at 4:00 pm and it was 5:00 pm but still where is the respect at the job, good she stayed that extra time because they were hurting, cars around the building, people in line inside, out of chicken breasts, I left and went to Popeyes, came back by just to get the Cole slaw. Mgmnt needs to produce work ethic or shut the place down, these young folks are only there for the check, such a shame.

The most disrespectful people I’ve ever been around rude staff. I placed a order online said it would be ready by 8:35 didn’t get it until after 9 because they said I was at the wrong store come to find out i was at the right store and they got a upset with me. I work in the food industry as a regional manager and that was absolutely uncalled for. They will never answer the phone called multiple days and never got a answer I will now be taking this over there head to make sure other customers don’t have to deal with such a sloppy establishment but dont dare try to go in there they won’t believe you .

Dont get chicken nuggets around 1030, 11 am, they from the night before. Check your mashed potatoes out before eating. I ordered a small serving for my baby to eat and there was a piece of hay, maybe straw laying in the center of the mashed potatoes. I was a bit frustrated seeing as though I was going to feed this to my baby. 1st time experiencing this.

These are the most rude and clueless people I’ve met. They make it extremely difficult to modify the order, they don’t want to honor specials without upcharges and have no problem with lying to your face. Are there no morals anymore? I will never visit another KFC. Also, their support for Diablo 4 is sick and supports the underworld. Do not patronize.
