My wife and I stopped by KFC on Friday 6/9 and were greeted at the drive through by a young man named Jordan. Jordan had the most amazing energy and excellent customer service skills! Wow, he made us feel like we were valued as customers and we’re not used to that honestly, especially at a fast food restaurant. But at KFC that day we were….thanks to Jordan. I believe this young man is going to do great things!!

Absolutely wish that I could give them a zero star rating. It was no busy at all when I stopped to get food…I had to wait 25 minutes for 5 orders of nuggets. When the came to the car the food was almost thrown at me and the very rude employee didn’t even say anything to us. The food was lukewarm and half cooked. Absolutely would NEVER go to this location again.

Just went thru the drive thru and a female employees talking thru the headset woman was yelling at someone inside the restaurant instead of taking my order and then as I was placing my order she interrupted me with a total when I was not finished with my order. While waiting for them to catch kill and pluck my chicken(waited a very long time) for my sandwich a young male employee was seen delivering food across the parking lot with the dirtiest jeans on that I have ever seen. His jeans alone were a health violation. I travel an hour 3-4 days a week to this area and will never go to this place again. Very poor service.

I love KFC and they have great food. We drove up to the drive thru at 945. The person politely told us the restaurant was closed. Google posted hours as open till 1030. So I asked, what are the restaurant hours. The next person, a male voice, started yelling “we are closed, we are closed!” In an aggressive and rude voice. I understood that they were closed from the first person and I was only looking for clarification on their hours. Rude people do not get my money. Next time I want chicken I am going Cane’s or Chick Fil-a.

Was shorted 3 thighs and 1 slaw and I called to talk to a manager and the girl said you ain’t talking to the manager and hung up on me. What a shame that this kfc is going down the path of closing because if it was done to me it’s being done to others.
