This establishment is at the TOP of their game. Food was served fresh and timely. All of the staff was super friendly, at all times I felt like my business was appreciated and I was welcomed. Establishment, including bathroom was very clean and well decorated. Just the fact that their dining room was opened was awesome, I’m done with eating outside or in my car, or, like today, on my motorcycle. I stopped at 5 places that all had clossed dining rooms

Love the Kentucky Fried Chicken/ Long John Silver’s combo restaurant. Something for everyone. Always like filling my own drink at the Filling Station. Coupon book sales to support the military was a nice touch. My fish fillets were made to order and were crazy fresh. Chose cole slaw as my side and was not disappointed. Best KFC side! Friendly staff at the counter. Great visit while in the Center of the Universe!

I never do things like this but I’m beyond in shook after my experience..Would give 0 if I could . Poor management. Manager that was on duty was one of the most rudest people I’ve encountered at fast food. Was told not my problem and they walked away. In attempt to contact other management staff was still dismissed with no regard nor apology after a 30 dollar mix up. Many lies told about another person picking up our order. I’m disgusted by management and this stores GM if he was even contacted like he supposedly was. $30 wasted, highly do not recommend this location ! The only thing positive about the situation was the lady who took my initial order she was kind Everyone else needs serious customer service training and definitely management revaluation that is not how you handle customers. “ i don’t know what to tell you “ walking away with no cares is absurd.

Ordered 2 pot pies. We only have 1. Ok 1 pot pie and one spicy chicken sandwich. Paid and was told to drive to the front of the building. Waited 10 min. Went inside and demanded the food. It’s almost ready. Two other people eating and two ordering. Staff was bagging up their order.

I am disabled and had a heart doctor’s appointment today. I Came home to find a delivery driver for KFC in my handicap parking spot. I blew the horn at her and she gave me the finger.

Food is disgusting , the grease needs to be changed. Food made me very sick the next day. The restaurant is beautiful on the inside. But I will never eat here again when I come back to Virginia .
