Those new nuggets are bussin! I only had the nuggets here so thar’s what I’m mostly rating. The service was quick & a very friendly staff. I had to pull over & wait for the nuggets because they had to drop new ones. The young lady that brought them to my car apologized for wait (it wasnt too long). Those nuggets were worth the wait LOL; I will always ask for fresh nuggets now

The parking lot should be better lit. The staff member that took my order was very friendly. I had to wait a few minutes for the fries which I did not mind. Hot fries is always a plus. The food was ok. The chicken wasn’t seasoned as much as normal. Otherwise I had a pretty good experience.

I use the drive thru. I’ve only been there a few times, but it has been a good experience. Order, pay, get and go without incident, which to me is great. In and out. Wish the prices were a little lower, but is the age we live in, what is one to do. Good fried chicken!

Coming from Colorado, I was scouring for a KFC when I got here. Barely scraping into the drive through at 9:45 when they close at 10, I was so honored and happy when the man still served in the drive through. Bowl is as amazing ad I remembered, KFC IS THE BEST!

I don’t like the nuggets. I think they taste chewy and flat. Kind of like eating chicken gummy bears. The bbq nugget sauce lacks a signature taste and is similar to what I get at another restaurant. The larger portions of chicken are good but occasionally look undercooked. Sometimes they are greasy on the outside and watery inside. The buffet station is still here but permanently closed and a sign over top of it says so.

Drive thru order was wrong. Paid over $30 for combo meals of Spicy Chicken Sandwich, 3 PC dark chicken and last a 12 PC TENDERS, all with drinks. What we received was drinks with barely any ice, 12 piece NUGGETS and no receipt in the bag as I requested. Chicken was old, drinks warm. First and Last time to ever go there. Should have went to Popeyes.

Stopped in to grab something quick while on a road trip. Had to wait nearly a half hour for our food. Please explain how you do not have half the side items on the menu. No chicken cooked and the employees arguing with one another. Do they not where uniforms anymore? The person at register had on revealing street clothes that gave us a good show of her tattoos. Nothing we ordered was as listed on the menu, all modified bc again No Sides. As I said road trip so went to restrooms, yep dirty. I thought someone had left faucet running in ladies room, nope it was broken and water just running.

KFC has changed so much !The original chicken is still good, but it used to be so much better! Those pastey biscuits need more butter cooked in them. The mac and cheese is decent, but I wouldn’t be mad if it were creamier with more cheese
