Should have listened to the reviews. I ordered some Nashville hot tenders and hardly got any sauce. Also, Spanish isn’t some secret language, I heard y’all saying you didn’t have enough sauce and needed it to last til miércoles, which is fine. But why not say something or ask me if I wanted another sauce or something instead of being stingy? Manager who took my order was nice but had no service skills. I wasn’t even done paying and he walked away, no receipt or nothing. At least the fruit punch and fries were good.

Absolute horrible experience! Fast food should be fast and convenient, especially if you order on the app! Yet they STILL somehow get your order wrong! And the most frustrating part is that the lobby is closed therefore you have to go back into the never ending drive through line just to have the window shut in your face by rude, disrespectful employees. This kfc location employs the MOST disrespectful people. Employee(s) description: young Hispanic men, including manager on duty, name given: Kairo (would not be surprised if fake name given). I was alone in the car with my infant baby and pre teen daughter. I can only imagine how they may treat others the same or worse. I highly recommend staffing at this location be reconsidered. For those considering getting food from here, don’t, you will regret it. I sure do!

It is one of those things when you have been waiting a long time to eat extra crispy, fried chicken, only to be majorly disappointed because they order was wrong, and they give you regular chicken. Waste of money, and threw away the food.

Fried chicken was terrible. I’ve been craving for crispy fried chicken for weeks. Finally went to get some. It was soggy!!! No crisp no breading nothing. I thought it was grilled chicken ughhhh. Very disappointing. Worst kfc I’ve even had in my entire life.

This place is incredibly rude to food delivery drivers. I felt extremely insulted when the employee ignored me constantly when I asked her when the order would be ready. Did I do something wrong or is this establishment just racist? Despicable. I will never deliver here or be a customer here ever again. -Visited 19:00 6/14/2023

Famous bowls here are now abysmal. Practically all mashed potato with absolutely no gravy – not even enough to change the color of the potatoes. Confirmed with the server that they are now instructed to only put 5.nuggets in per bowl. Ordered the 8 piece dinner, and the side order of mashed potatoes either no longer includes gravy, or they forgot to put it in.
