This place is horrible. I just left here me and my friend got a 8 pc family meal with a large corn and a large fry. The chicken had been sitting there for 5 or 6 hours. It tasted like rubber and super dry. I called 5 times in a row and no one answered the phone. Also I tried to come in to get my fries, but the doors had locks on them. I wanted to let them know how nasty the food was. It cost me almost $30.

The service was a bit slow, but the food was hot and fresh. The lobby was a mess though with dirty tables throughout, napkins, straws, and garbage laying on the floor by the soda machine and overflowing trash bins. I would recommend this restaurant as a quick drive-thru stop but not a regular place to visit unless the management fixes these issues.

I was excited as I haven’t had KFC in years. But I was so disappointed! I’m sure the chicken was cooked but it was pink and mushy under the crispy crust. I literally spit it out and threw away the rest! I definitely did not taste the supposed secret spices and ingredients. It was very plain. Mashed potatoes tasted as I remember but gravy was watery. I will stick to Popeyes if I want fast food chicken.

I don’t really expect much from fast food but this is pretty ridiculous. I drove not even 5 minutes home after ordering this and it’s SOAKED in grease… I’d be more forgiving if it was rush hour but it was empty inside and a short line for the drive through so what’s the excuse?
