I rarely rate fast food places because they are somewhat ubiquitous. You cannot expect 5 star service from a fast food restaurant. However, I am taking time to rate this one because the few times I have been there, they have always been polite and friendly, plus they have always gotten my order correct! This KFC is managed well.

This KFC messed up my dinner for my children , I’m extremely disappointed. It seems like they purposely left out items from our order and when we came to come from nobody pretended as if it was no the issue when we don’t live very close weren’t willing to come to any kind of reconciliation. The management and this restaurant needs a serious talking to because people come here to trust you with their dinner. 1st off we waited in line for what was apparently no reason after our order because they said they didn’t have the style of chicken and we needed to wait. They also wanted to sub Several pieces of chicken for a different re agreed as long as we could get our food faster this was not the case. They were extremely combative when trying to fix the issue and didn’t want to address all the issues And all the missing food. I will be calling there management office in the morning.
