Ordered 3 tender meals with mashed potatoes and one had coke slaw and mashed potatoes. Drove home to find cold French fries instead of mashed potatoes. Tried to call and coordinate a pick up of my mashed potatoes. They never answered their phone and I tried for 30 minutes.

The building is always cold no matter what season so best bring a light sweatshirt. The food is actually pretty good compared to other KFCs I’ve gone to, but what makes me give this a 3 star is the staffing. There is 1 really nice guy that I like talking to, but everyone else is just not as accommodating. The dining area is kept relatively clean, but the restrooms never seem to be well stocked. If you’re taking it to go then this is the place to be.

Scammers. Ordered a chicken sandwich and received an old chicken tender sandwich with 4 chicken tenders on there. Not just dry and bland but old with that waxy old crunch. Its suppose to be a filet but the workers were too lazy. $10 wasted.

Fairly mediocre location, used to be awful, has been getting a little better in the last few years. Drive thru always has a massive line in the evening that interferes with the h Mart parking lot. Closes way too early for a taco bell, and this is a huge problem in Burke. Honestly the closing time is my biggest complaint about this location by far. When this place closes, the closest fast food is 20 minutes away in Springfield (the Fairfax mcdonalds lies about their hours on Google maps, they are not actually 24/7). The staff generally do not care about what they are doing, which is understandable, but also indicates low wages. The only person who really seems to care about customer satisfaction is one lady who I believe is the manager. Parking is kind of awkward, since most of it is shared with the strip mall and is also quite cramped. There is an overflow lot nearby which is easier to get in an out of, but they keep locking the door on that side of the building, which means I have to walk all the way around the building, even in very cold weather. There is a lot of room for improvement here, and most of it is fairly small things. Nothing unredeemable, but some attention is definitely needed
