Staff was pragmatic, reasonable and accommodating. When we arrived, we had no idea that it was close to closing time, so some options weren’t available naturally. The staff treated us with much respect and helped us select options that were viable. We all left happy and got full bellies. Patrons, please be nice to the staff and each other, things will go smoother this way.

Worse service the owner have to put atención about the crew people don’t understand this franchise is very important. The crew don’t understand they have to sell service and fast service. I saw the crew outside fix the car tire and they don’t care about customer inside need to make orders a few customers they are so mad for no one talk to ask for service Please the owner have to check the restaurant. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because drive thru employee told me to drive carefully. Very thoughtful. Otherwise my food was cold and gross at 11:15 lunchtime. No receipt, I’m pretty sure I was overcharged. No fork, and I ordered a bowl. No napkins. The first drive thru employee was obviously bothered to have to wait on me. I have had bad experiences in the past and haven’t been here in a long time because of it, I will not return.

Very rude staff. They never have enough chicken for the family meals. They seem to close the store whenever they please. Went there again tonight at 8:20 and it says there open until 9 pm. What is up with corporate not doing anything about this location in west ocean city md. It’s pathetic.

Not only was the employees rude but they’ve been sold out of chicken every time I go. And today I was told it would only be 10 minutes to wait for the tenders and 30 minutes for the other chicken to cook. Then it changed to 15 minutes and then again for an hour. Never thought KFC could run out of chicken. Somethings got to give because it was ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to wait for food if the employees were actually staying on top of it. I ate at the one in GA all the time with no issues. They were never ever out of chicken, regular or tenders. Such a shame.

I’ve gone to this West Ocean City KFC on numerous occasions bc I live in West ocean city and every time the staff is rude and they never have anything. My last trip there was a week ago and I walked into the store about 430 wanting a family chicken meal. No one was in the store and no one was at the counter. After standing there for about 5 minutes a girl walked from the back with a attitude and asked me what I wanted. I told her and she proceeded to tell me that they had no chicken ready and that it would take 45 minutes. How do you not have chicken ready at 430 in the afternoon? They really need new management and new employees! Sad because I love KFC

In all honesty, they should shutter this place. How can they not have chicken pot-pies? Seriously? That they allow customers to drive away with nothing, tells you everything you need to know about this establishment. I can promise this, I’ll never go back! FYI – I was forced to give them one star, it’s the only possible way to warn others.

Worst service and food ever. Rude drive through employees that slammed the Windows when we told them that our food was missing items. After several minutes of then just standing there talking doing anything they still brought out the incorrect side items. Asked to speak with a manager who was clearly walking back and forth was told that we couldn’t because she was on break and if we wanted to go park out front and wait for her to come after she finished. This is after minutes in the drive through all ready. So we never got to speak with her.
