The cashier at the counter was so polite and trying to help all the guests in the lobby. We all had to wait a bit. Then I heard someone yell at her from the back and tell her to come back and help, that she couldn’t do drive through alone. “The front will just have to wait” she yelled. I feel super lucky I was at the front of the line and now I’m not waiting like the rest of the lobby.

Here for lunch on a Tuesday, drive thru was a bit busy so we went inside. Ordered Taco Bell Tacos and Mexican pizza. Only problem was the pizza had a strange after taste, we thought maybe the tortilla was old, so we returned it. Manager or supervisor suggested the fryer oil probably needed to be changed and offered us a a replacement item. So I ordered a beef burrito which was great.

Saw staff kick out a man for ‘swearing by the drink machine’. He wasn’t bothering anyone and simply mumbled some words to himself when another customer told him off for allegedly swearing. The whole ordeal seemed very racially motivated and left me highly uncomfortable. I will avoid this KFC from here on out and would encourage anyone else to do the same.

Worst kfc ever, charging double the price in restaurant, than if you order online and pick it up. Won’t honor coupons that were received in the mail from kfc. Rude drive thru employees and an even ruder manager. The food is always burnt, or been sitting for hours before you get it. Don’t ever order the extra crispy chicken, it is so tough and dry you can’t eat it.

The cheesy gordita was luke warm at best, chicken was extremely greasy. The restaurant could have much cleaner considering they seemed to have way more employees than customers. The staff was very personable and polite though. I would not go back to this location.
