Appears to be understaffed here. Order taker was helpful and very knowledgeable of the menu. Food took quite a while, although we were the only ones inside. Could tell the chicken had been sitting in the window too.long (dry in a lot of spots for original recipe). Mashed potatoes were left out of my combo & biscuits weren’t cooked through.

This store is going under by being understaffed and unorganized, I did my order online and when I arrived they still had not prepared my order, so I had to wait 15 minutes with 3 customers ahead of me. That definitely was not my idea of Quick Pickup. I understand being understaffed part though.

I’m not trying to put anyone out of a job or anything but seriously this place needs to either restaff or close for good. Tonight I came to work a review and decided to read others SMH I should have read them prior to going…. So tonight I went to KFC and got a $5 fill up bowl which was ok. Seems a little cold but decent. A side of corn that is so hard,dry and discolored that I’m never try them again how is it the corn in the fill up is nice and yellow but the side order of corn seems to have been sitting all day and is brown plus the rancid smell. Than the potpie was cold to the touch but was clearly over cooked because it’s dry and tough. The thing didn’t even have gravy in it bc it had burned out

I stopped coming to this KFC and I was reminded why. This is the closest location to where I live and each time I take a chance on coming here it is always a bad experience. The last time, my order was wrong, they lied right to my face ,I guess I should’ve opened the box. Last time the chicken was undercooked, the time before that I left my card there and right before I returned someone had already ran up charges. The manger claimed he didn’t see anything on the video. This is the worst perform staff ever, and the lines are always a mile long.

I used to think the issue with this location was that the KFC and Taco Bell were combined. When they separated the real issue was revealed. It’s just the KFC. If you like to gamble then this is the place for you! Will they be closed or will you have to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars or less ahead of you? Will the staff be lukewarm or just plain rude? Will your food be warm? Will you have all the items in your order? Or will you just be served good old fashioned disappointment? Who knows! LOL! But I’m definitely done wasting my time and money at this location. Guess I’m not much of a gambler.

There is a young lady at this location who is absolutely horrible. She really needs to be fired immediately. In fact this location needs to be closed due to put customs service and supply shortages. However, back to this nut job at the drive thru window She is the epitome of the angry black woman stereotype. She has braids and wears chocolate color lipstick you’ll know who I’m talking about when you see her. She was so nasty to me and all I Asked for was some hot sauce and she throw them and my change on the ground and started yelling at me to drive around front.

Waited in drive-thru line for over 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, they said pull ahead to get the chicken because it was still cooking for 2 more minutes. No problem! After waiting the 2 minutes, the woman comes out and tells me to get back in line for my food. At this point there were well over 10 cars in the line. If 4 cars took 30 minutes, I’m not sure how long that line would have taken just to get my food I already ordered! I drove away hungry.
