I’m assuming that the lady at the register was the manager.She was pretty decent and was struggling. Her workers were horrible. I ended up just leaving the drive-thru because her workers was just staying around dancing and listen to music after I ordered my food and wasn’t getting the order these are the same people asking for $15 an hour and you can’t even get a couple chicken strips in a box and hand it to me. 5 stars for Lawrence alone. I came through the drive through, and ordered 24 hot wings. He was so sweet and went to check and see if they had enough. He even came back to inform us he was still counting. They didnt have enough wings, and offered another piece as replacement. The food came out quickly, and was hot and fresh. 5 stars for the food and service.

They were short of staff, no one had aprons on, only 1 person had on gloves, there was a crowd of people waiting on food, none of the staff had on hair nets. The manager had on flip flops on.
