I was gonna shoot for 5 stars till i open the box and came across this corn which looks like 3 days old, fast service,good chicken BUT i wouldn’t serve any type of food that look days old from a Mile away.Those good old days of great fam reunions at cheap but good fast foods restaurants are long gone.Dont be afraid of demanding FRESH FOOD,you paying for it.

Customer service is extremely poor. I’ve never had a good experience at this location but it’s close to home and my son loves the popcorn chicken. I ordered 2 popcorn chicken combo’s and both were full of overcooked tiny bits of hard batter. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag and I wasn’t given a receipt. I think this will have to be my last visit. I’ll just have to get his Popcorn Chicken from somewhere else.

I ordered the 16 pc meal and was charged $43.05. I didn’t get a receipt then when I checked my bank account I was charged $53.05. The cashier was a young dark skinned female with dark brown locs almost to her waist. I’m never going there again.

Ordered food at the driving November 9, 2022 time 3:02 PM I ordered the two piece combo price six dollars/can you please cook the food thoroughly the biscuits were half cooked and the chicken was half cooked and for the price of six dollars the side and the drumstick I could fit it in the palm of my hand that’s how small it was that’s not making any sense but first of all you’re not cooking the food thoroughly which could make someone sick so please I know you deal with a lot of people so from now on please make sure that the food is cooked well done please if not I’m going to send the health department there have a great day

I ordered through Door Dash and they informed my driver that they were out of something I ordered but do not allow substitutes for items so they had to cancel my order completely. When DoorDash tried to call to ask what item they were out of they did not answer, so I couldn’t even re-order it get anything else. So now I’ve been waiting over and hour for food and have to find somewhere else to order form all because they can’t substitute and item.
