Customer service here is trash. I waited 30 min for my food after ordering inside. The cashier was rude, the manager was rude, it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged and watching as other customers came in, pay their money and be treated rudely was disgusting.

Customer service is bad they are so rude I ask my daughter to ask one of the workers if they are opened and the worker gave her a stair down and talked to her rudely this kfc is horrible never going there Again. After sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes I decided to go in and order. Once standing in line in the store for a few minutes a lady came up and rudely stated we had to order through the drive thru. The workers in the back preparing the orders were yelling and very unprofessional. To say the least I will not support this KFC again. I left without ordering anything.

I’m 55 years old so I’ve been eating chicken for a long time. But I’ve never seen a chicken wing so small in my life! KFC should be ashamed of themselves. A chicken wing the size of my thumb. Ridiculous! Last time going here. Also they were out of large drink cups.

They dont even deserve 1 star. Daysha was extremely rude & disrespectful – upper management what were you thinking when you promoted her? Definitely wasn’t customer service! Employees were looking at me like theyve never seen a caucasian before & the staff was very rude & unprofesional! Absolutely nothing inviting about this place & after reading the recent reviews posted I’m glad I didn’t patronize this establishment. I will be warning everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague because the staff doesn’t deserve your money or your business.

This location always forgets to put an item that we paid for in our bag. We always have to check the bag and we find something missing or something wrong. Also, we ordered Pepsi, but when we were handed our drinks, the drinks were almost clear, did not look close to Pepsi…the employee stated something was wrong with the Pepsi.Was anyone paying attention to our order? Why didn’t the person that prepared the drinks notice the Pepsi was not dark and said something to someone, instead of serving us light brown water. Light brown water! We want to continue patronizing this location, but improvements need to be made.
