I made this review as we sat in the drive thru checking our order. Every other store in our beautiful little town seems to put pride in their small business but this taco bell is absolute garbage. They are always missing something in the order. They forgot a quesadilla and a soft taco this time. We have to check before every single time we pull up because they so frequently forget stuff. When we told the girl at the drive thru she got mad at us and tried to make it seem like it was our fault. Almost every time I order they are always out of something. They are horrible. (EDIT : Made this review in the drive through before I even tried the food this time and the chicken had to be hours old or cooked 3 times. It was hard as a rock)

This is probably the worst KFC on the planet. It’s the only KFC where I tried to order and they didn’t have any chicken. Kentucky Fried Chicken doesn’t have any chicken? Today I ordered a 4 piece combo and they gave me 5 overcooked wings. Management is terrible. The owner has no clue.

Burnt chicken obviously uses very old used oil. Check your order they messed up with your order. Ordered 3pcs Chicken Breasts, received 2 breast and 1 wing, happened twice.

Went to the KFC in Hampstead Maryland ordered an eight piece chicken and several tacos. The tacos are falling apart and nasty. The chicken was so dry my dog wouldn’t even eat it.

This place must be under new management or something ! Used to hate this place bc the food was always old and cold . Decided to try it again and they were super nice and the food was fresh and hot and super delicious. Went back a 2nd time today to see if it was a fluke and it was just as good as last time !!

We arrived at drive thru at kfc / taco bell in Hampstead, MD at 730 pm on Friday night / tonight. We ordered taco bell #6 with steak. Tried ordering chicken tenders, we were told they were out of them. We asked out or just not ready, she said out. Reluctantly with the attitude response we ordered the KFC chicken sandwich combo. We never received a receipt. The young lady in drive thru made sure our bagged order was in the car, kind of tossed & quickly shut the drive thru window with not a word. Not a thank you, good night, nothing. Pretty rude service. Once home we found our chicken sandwich had no pickles. We’ve had problems with wrong orders from this location previously. Will not be back.

Absolutely horrid experience here. Stopped by the drive thru at 7:30 pm to order a 16-pc bucket with sides. Was told they shut their fryers down to cool off. What?! The restaurant is published to be open until 9:30 p.m.! Server was curt and downright rude. Did not even apologize for not being able to complete my order. Rather than a 16-pc. I was given 2 breasts and 4 thighs AND had to pay for them ala cart! We will NOT be back to this restaurant and will be drafting a letter to corporate to advise them of this poorly run franchise.
