This place is the worst. They gave us all cold food and rock hard biscuits and cinnamon twist that taste like bug spray. We had the $20 fill up box and had to throw the entire box in the trash. Do not order delivery from this store, especially directly from their website! I placed an order at 6:10 pm did not receive it until 8:15 pm. The Door Dash driver claimed he was at the store at 6:23 waiting for the order and that it would not be ready until 6:47. Contacted him at 7:23 he tells me he is still at the store it is not ready they have a backlog and I told him to cancel it. He refused and brought it anyway at 8:15. The food was cold, the drumstick I purchased a la carte looked to be missing a bite at end of it , I received a chicken sandwich with barely a squirt of mayo, no pickles. I contacted KFC customer service directly and after a 40 minute hold received a refund. Will not be ordering from here again.

I am disgusted with the quality of the food and the service. First, they got my order totally wrong. Didn’t give us our Cole slaw and macaroni and cheese. The chicken was overcooked and difficult to eat. Waited 20 minutes to get service. Also didn’t give us the six biscuits. They won’t answer the phone to let them know they screwed up. Never again will I go to this KFC or one at another location. Truly disappointed.

How can even someone eat this? Mash has no taste, gravy is tasteless, tenders are just meat in breadcrumbs, cookies have taste of baking powder, drink have taste of tar. Only fries will pass. Never again.

This location deserves 0 stars worst KFC/Taco Bell ever! They have terrible customer service. You place mobile orders and they close the restaurant in the middle of the day or early and take your money and the manager refuses to make your order when there taking last customers in drive thru or even give you money back!!!

Where do I start. The signs on the doors and all around the building say they open at 7am. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes without anyone saying a word, so I parked and walked into the lobby. I then stood at the counter for atleast 10 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. Someone finally noticed only to tell me “we don’t serve until 10:30am”. This is absolutely ridiculous, I suggest taking your store hours down, or atleast updating them. This store is absolute trash, terrible management and very ignorant staff. You’ll wait atleast 15 minutes for your food, just for it to be incorrect. You’re better off driving to the Edgewood location.
