Google and the KFC corporate website state the store closes at 10 pm every day. I wanted to stop on my way through town to see family. I arrived around 9.20 pm on a Friday. All of the exterior lights were off but some interior lights were on and I could see employees inside. When I got closer, the entry and lobby lights were off. The hours are decals posted on the door. All of the closing times were scratched off.

I asked for hot wings cook fresh I go to this restaurant once a week and usually takes 7 minutes I don’t know where someone replied other than the one taking the order it would take 20 minutes I said okay got my food and it was horrible overcooked dried out they would not be getting any more of my money I even going to get the Long John Silver but now I can’t get that

Went to KFC in Warrenton on friday (July 29), ordered my meal and went home. Got home to eat with my family and they forgot the gravy. The biscuits were dry and so was the chicken. I called and spoke to the Manager. He advised to come back and he will make it right. Drove back 20 minutes and he gave me gravy. Once I got home again the gravy was very watery. I spent $75 for a family dinner and the dinner was no good. This place has gone down hill. The manager has no quality check on the food. This place sucks. I really hope the KFC team read this.

I literally just got food through the drive thru. Got 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and one small coleslaw. The coleslaw was fine. You literally can’t mess that up., I know. I managed a KFC. It comes from 2 bags you pour and mix together. Those crispy chicken sandwiches were gross. Totally dried out and tasted old, like they’ve set for way more time than they should have. I know there are time limits on this food, and you totally exceeded their time. You served us what should have been thrown away. Very disappointed.
