Food is fine but this place didn’t get the message that it’s a fast food establishment. 15 minutes to order and another 15 to get the food, and it’s not even remotely busy. Tables are messy, no one cleans them. It is not so busy they should be struggling with orders or cleanliness. Especially if you are on the road, skip this place.

My family stopped here on our way home from Ocean City MD. We had lunch. The kid served us was a new employee I could tell by the way the Manager was speaking to him, not very nice she was nice to the customers but not him. The new guy was super nice!! The food was good, probably better then most of our meals in OC Maryland. Price was high but understandable these days. I recommend this place.. Note to this place give the new kid a chance.. he made our visit pleasant

This is a Taco Bell/KFC location. I have been here twice ever, and have had to get my food remade three times because I always receive the wrong food. I cannot eat meat, and always order food with black beans instead of whatever meat normally comes with it. Food that I’ve ordered, even food that does not originally have meat on it (cheesy bean and rice burrito) will be brought out with meat.

I’d rather eat on the ground outside than inside this restaurant. It is BEYOND dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting, the drink area was a total mess, all of the tables were dirty/sticky. It was disgusting. I don’t know how this place would pass an inspection. It also took forever to get our food and it wasn’t even busy.

To start off the customer service was horrible i work in a restaurant and always have so i know what good customer service is and there’s was absolutely horrible while waiting to order had multiple people just look and walk by not a word from them waited about 15 minutes before they decided to take my order then waited another 20 to get my food when i was the only person in there to get food, highly recommend going somewhere else this place has horrible customer service and my food was cold.

They were short on help so Taco bell was closed. KFC cost my daughter and I 30.00 for lunch. Chicken sandwich was not very fresh and far from hot. Also the chicken in the famous bowl tasted like it was made the day before. Very disappointing

Got rid of green beans..my main reason to go there..pot pie was 90% crust which is the best part but where’s the pie part of the pot?..n for $8.99? With small drink..not worth it..

I’ve had mixed experiences here over the years through different management but unfortunately there have been more bad than good experiences (although there have been some good- hence I give them more chances occasionally). Tonight sucked though- 40 minutes to get all parts of my order. What appeared to be the manager kept telling food runners he had already made things they were asking for- the runners were giving out partial orders to the wrong people I suppose. After getting all of my order, the kid who took the orders kept snickering because he knew he messed up but was amused.
