Although the staff were friendly, they seemed like they didn’t understand how the orders were being displayed! Maybe they were new! We didn’t get what we ordered exactly both dinners were shorted biscuits even after we asked for butter and jelly and they said sure, they were out of the original thighs so I got legs instead, also I was shorted a side in my 3 piece order! We drive quite a while to get there , so it was way to far to drive back to get the order fixed! I have LOVED KFC since I was a kid! It is very hard to find one near by! And it seems more like KFC is going downhill from service personnel not caring to make sure orders are properly made! The chicken seems old and barely warm like it is sitting for too long! I think if the service was better like at chic filet and it came out hot and fresh ! They would still have a good business! Bad employees seem to be running it into the ground! I will be so disappointed when KFC goes under do to not caring if it’s good or bad ! It’s just a paycheck to the employees! I still Love KFC BUT WONT BE SHOCKED WHEN THEY ALL CLOSE DOWN! Poor colonial Sanders would be so mad if he saw how it has lost its business just from neglect!

The chicken is hard as a rock and tastes dusty and like it’s been sitting out for a week. Absolutely disgusting I took one bite and can barely even chew it because of how hard it is. The Taco Bell food is usually okay though but I wouldn’t risk getting this nasty so called chicken

First time in many, many years that the experience at this KFC was comfortable! Even enjoyable! Even tho there is a beautiful remodel, it’s usually it’s dirty, so cold that u eat w your coat on, music so loud you can’t hv a conversation, then add a very loud group of employees (Inc a mgr) yelling & lots of fooling around. On 1/20/23 it seemed like heat was actually on! My food didn’t get immediately cold! It was quiet (music broken), and a group of more professional workers. A new or fill in/temp mgr (husband/wife team I think) working. If things stay this way & we’ll be back more often. Only complaint, signage didn’t say dining rm closes earlier than drive thru (8:00!?). And, why???!!

I bought a 6 piece for $14 and change. It was the worst fried chicken I ever had. It was overcooked and tasteless. I asked for original recipe (which used to be good) but this was terrible. I should have known when I saw the place was filthy!
