While I’m not a huge fried chicken fan, my son is, so guess where we ended up? Food was prepared well — order was accurate, hot, and tasty. But perhaps the best part would be the employees. At a time when most people just seem to work to punch out, these employees seemed to like one another and their customers, especially Kia, whose positive attitude was infectious!

This has been THE WORST experience ever on KFC and with their staff, we came and place the order, and we were not given the drinks. When we saw everything we went back and told on drive through that we didn’t receive the drinks, the person didn’t even bother to apologize for missing drinks. Then we went to the Window and server (Nakia) who gave us orders didn’t apologize for missing drinks either rather she said I DO NOT WANT to hear, while I handed her receipt and then she saw and gave us drinks, she still didn’t say sorry and shut the Window on our faces.

Counter personnel were rude and inefficient. It took at least 5 minutes to take my order. There were NO other customers in the lobby at the time. Several employees walked by the register. No one said anything to me. When they did take my order, they said they had no extra crispy to serve me but then served a customer who came in and ordered after me a box of extra crispy chicken. Our chicken was very greasy and soft. They forgot to put sauses in the bag even though I requested them. There were no butter packets for the bread. My bill was over $50. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of food and the service and will not be visiting the Willow Grove store again.

The staff here are just plain rude! Don’t let you finish your order at the window, talk to you with no respect, and play too many games. There used to be a man at the window and he was very customer service oriented and moved the line quickly. KFC needs to get this place in order otherwise no one will be coming here soon.

We went through drive through and we were told no more nuggets for the night and not because they were out.. they didn’t feel like making more because they were getting ready to close this was 7:00pm on a Friday. Thanks for the honesty I guess

8.13.23 around 2pm. The black female staff at the drive thru was very disrespectful, impolite, unfriendly and rude. She was like talking to a friend in a bad way. I know it’s hard to hire employees, but it might be better to dismiss her if your business is to thrive.
