I recently visited this KFC and unfortunately is not a place I could recommend. We order our food and it was the wrong order. When we noticed it was, we were told they couldn’t change it because “it had already left the counter”. I asked to speak with the manager and he was unhelpful. It seems as if he was bothered I asked to speak to him. The famous bowel lacked mash, chicken it was over filled with corn and gravy and cold cheese on top. The service was horrible, the tables were not clean and the bathroom was clogged and over flowing (not what you want to see when you go to wash your hands before eating ).

Haven’t had kfc in like 10 years. And I went to the one in mt. Pocono area . We got it to go and I have to say it was pretty dam good for a. Quick meal, and unexpected dinner. I really loved the original recipe breast and coleslaw. So if it’s to hot and you don’t want to cook . I highly recommend it.

Drive thru was horrible didn’t advise no ice for sodas received hot drinks. When I asked the person in drive thru got an attitude and closed the window. I had to honk again to ask for sauce for my food and got another attitude with no apology and no straws to drink my hot beverages. Very disgusted with the level of customer service and care. Workers have a bad attitude and clearly hate their job. Worst place in mt pocono

Only 4 nuggets in a famous bowl, I’ve had plenty of famous bowls, they’re always full. Also, cashier at drive thru (Michael receipt said) seemed drunk or on drugs. Literally moved in slow motion. Maybe he was trying to be funny? But it was just kinda sad

I got a mashbowl combo for lunch today, not really too good. Very little amount of chicken and was overcooked dried out and for some odd reason the corn inside was tough borderline hard, never thought of describing corn that way.
