I have been getting the famous bowl almost every Monday for a couple of years. Recently they have changed drastically. I decided to give it one more chance today and now I won’t be going back. The bowl is half full, and there are 4 little pieces of chicken. Really disappointed! I understand the need to cut costs but the price for this just went up recently and now the quantity is being cut as well. Subway will now get my business.

Recently ordered 5 kfc bowls at the manheim pike location and ask for bowls only which are $5 and a drink when I got home and looked they charged me for 5 meals so my bill u drs up being $47.10 for 5 bowls and 1 drink. Let’s retrain the cashiers

I went to this location today(June 6) at around 6pm. I went to the drive thru and I sat at the intercom for 15 minutes and said hello three times. No one answered me. I drive up to the window and this lady with a red shirt said you have to place your order at the intercom. I told her the intercom isn’t work I sat there for 15 minutes and no one answered me. She told me I need to go back around and try again. I told her I’m here why can’t you take my order. She said i can take it here but you have to come inside to get it. I told her why if I’m at the drive threw. She got rude with me and said do you want to order or not. I just left. There was six cars behind me and they couldn’t hear anything from the intercom also. I will NOT go back to this location.

Worst KFC in Lancaster. I usually order for pick up using the app because I get this KFC for lunch sometimes while at work. I decided to stop going here after spending my entire break just waiting for food. I place the order about 10 minutes before my break starts so I can pick it up right away. Not at this KFC. If you order ahead, it gives them an excuse to even take longer. It seems like they just confirm the order before even starting. You also must go inside to pick up the food, the drive thru is not an option, even if the app says it is ready for pick up. 2 times I spend my entire break waiting for food. Any other KFC in the area will perform 10x better.

Its KFC, the chicken tastes like chicken so there is that,not as good as I remember but that might just be because I grew out of it. If you do go get the Nashville Hot if they have it because they like to take good things away!

As always Miss KFC has great food awesome chicken banging mashed potatoes and gravy if I were to have a complaint it was only that it police was not busy it was dead inside so when you ate we felt a little lonely and secluded but other than that this is a great KFC

Spicy chicken sandwich was good. The woman wearing the random colts hat at front counter, not so much. Terrible customer service and she kept telling customers that she was closing the dining room so she could clean at 8…this happened at 6 pm. Wasn’t an issue when her family came in for food though.
