Let me start, working 14 hrs a day isn’t easy and don’t want to cook after being on your feet. So what did I do, I stopped at the KFC in waynesboro at 6:35pm on May 2nd. 2023. I order two nugget meals with Mashed potatoes and slaw! Mashed potatoes and slaw fine but once’s I went to eat my chicken nugget it was almost eating chicken that has been sitting in the bottom of the fryer for weeks. It teased nothing like chicken, just old oil. With the cost of everything being so high I was hope I didn’t have to toss my food out but I had to. I couldn’t even eat what I just paid for. Thanks KFC!

First, let me say, the cashier, Brenda, at this location in Waynesboro, she needs a new job. She obviously can’t stand her job. She made our experience with KFC unenjoyable from the start. No smiles, no helping with order, nothing. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we had three adults in our party. Ordered the nuggets and a 8 piece meal. Cost our party $51.04!! The nuggets were horrible. No meat, just breading. You’d do way better with McDonald’s AND McDonald’s is cheaper. The fries were brown. The crispy 8 piece was also brown. So, the oil needed to be changed. The large sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw were only half full. It’s the worst we’ve ever experienced. Also, the dining area had not been cleaned.

Just paid $12.00 for a 12 piece nugget combo with fries. The nuggets and fries were so dry and hard it was like chewing on stones and a tree branch. This food is not fit to be given away for free more less charge working people hard earned money for. If I wasn’t so busy I’d turn around and come back and ask you to eat it. Shame on you for serving this to the public.

The Colonel would not be impressed. Everytime I come to this KFC the Chicken tastes as if it has been sitting in a warmer for hours. The skin is soggy and falling off, and tastes like the fryer oil is long past due to be changed. After my first couple experiences here i figured it was late or just a one off but this is strike three for me and will never be back to this location or any other KFC. You would be better off buying from a grocery store or gas station.

I had to wait for freshly cooked chicken, for about 10 minutes or so… But when I got home it looked liked old refried chicken battered in perhaps cornmeal!! It had very dark dried places on the meat. The crust looked cinnamon dark with white specks and underneath the inner lining look liked dark trapped grease from being refrigerated!! My French Fries were soggy and limp as if the grease was not changed… I contacted KFC according to my receipt on yesterday immediately after taking it out of the bag, haven’t received a call or email as of yet!! The guy at the REGISTER was Extremely Nice, but the people handling the Order definitely need to proper training before the Health Inspectors are called! Ooohhh my goodness!

Just had a great experience with this restaurant. Ordered some food. Got all the way home and realized my piece of chocolate cake wasn’t in the bag. Drove all the way back,explained what happened. The gentleman who took my order was very cooperative and he gave me a piece for free. They were very apologetic and the woman who handed me the cake out the window was very nice and professional. Mistakes happen. I can deal with that but the important thing is that they recognized the mistake and made up for it. Keep up the good work KFC crew.

Food was good. Used quick pick up. They forgot my drinks that came with the order when I returned they gave me fresh drinks and a free cake of my choice. I believe it to have been an honest mistake and we’re gracious enough to fix it and were very apologetic. That was a good meal!

I’m a regular here now. The food is always delicious and the service is good. They have difficulty keeping employees unfortunately, but the managers are troopers. There’ll be days when only 1 or 2 people are working and it’s still some of the fastest and tastiest food around. Give it a chance. Be patient with them. They’re doing their best!
