The last 3 times I’ve been here they’ve forgotten a side each time. When side’s are about 4 dollars I’m losing almost 12 bucks. I’m tired of having to complain on the website to get my money back. I can’t go anywhere without someone screwing my order up. No one cares anymore.

I ordered through uber eats and the sandwich got here it was 14 minutes but I opened the bag the fries were ice cold the chicken sandwich I got was rubbery and unable to be eaten, this is coming from a ex-kfc worker and I’ve made plenty of these sandwiches and they were never like this and it looks like its been in the press core since morning frying

The guy packing my order obviously couldn’t read. As he didn’t give me everything I ordered. The woman who took my order had to yell at him to make sure he even packed the correct style if chicken. Stop hiring people from half way houses.

We got a 4 piece meal and a 5piece meal and kids meal…. My daughters nuggets were like rocks and cold,my food was cold and my husbands 4piece had hair in it….. absolutely disgusting get better KFC!!!!!

The food was good, but the portions are getting smaller while the cost seems to go up. It also seemed to be a problem getting extra Nashville hot sauce on the side. I’m glad that we asked because there was not much sauce on the sandwich itself. The workers were friendly enough. This location is still closed to inside dining or ordering.

As if it’s not bad enough you can’t go inside to order, therefore allowing time to view the menu & check your order, but I was totally ripped off!! I ordered the 3 pc Big Box (I’m not even so much concerned about the price difference from their online menu and the ACTUAL price), but for over $9 I was given only 2, puny little pieces of chicken (2 pieces would have been a $5 box!! And I wouldn’t have been all that surprised at the size of the pieces for 5 bucks). HUGELY disappointed. Inconvenient AND unacceptable.
