Got an order to go. OMG what a change. The last time we were there they got the order wrong after a 10 minute wait at 5 pm they did not have extra crispy chicken. People were not friendly and not efficient. Wow ! Thought we would try again. Young girl taking the order, only had to say it once and by the time I drove to the window there she was with my order with a big smile. Total time order to food was like a minute 30 seconds. All new faces when I looked in the window. Nice job folks. See you again soon.

Floors are very slippery, as if they dumped grease or oil all over them, almost fell twice. Ice machine doesn’t work….the tables and seats definitely need a good cleaning. The restaurant itself smells like something burnt in a deep fryer…

I’ve had it with the Buffalo Rd location. In the past they have omitted parts of my orders at least 6 times or more. Another problem I have with them is that they don’t always give you only dark meat when you order it. This happens almost every time for some reason. This time I ordered online and purposely ordered dark meat as always as my family won’t eat white meat. I end up throwing the breast meat away. I have grown accustomed to asking when I pick up the food if only dark meat is in the order. This time was like most other times and did not have only dark meat. They have corrected it in the past. This time they practically argued with me and did not simply rectify it. I will add that every time I go there I spend more than 50 dollars. This clearly isn’t worth the aggravation . They lost a good customer. Good riddance.

Went here one day and service was ehhh.. I was rushed to order with Noone in the place or in drive-through. Food was dry and no taste to it. Also didn’t ask or give me any side condiments. Probably the worst 30 bucks I’ve ever spent lol…

Very nice and funny guy in the drive thru yes I had to pull to the front and wait but that’s because he wanted to drop fresh tenders for my family meal most places would have sent the old ones out the window and I appreciate a place that doesn’t do that.

They were out of chicken!!!! I asked how long for it to be done and she didnt know. It was only 7 pm. This location is lacking of a good managing team and it shocks me because Harborcreek is a great clean location for a restaurant. The inside of this kfc is pretty dirty and i dont think they even care.

I love KFC but this one is horrible. As soon as we walked in there was an overwhelming smell. Not pleasant smell. Our shoes literally stuck to the floor, literally every table was sticky. Our mashed potatoes had a crust on it and the coleslaw had no flavor. Needless to say $40 down the drain and hungry people. Also, if you drive around the building there is a literal hole. Good luck with this one. I would go elsewhere
