Kayleigh’s Restaurant Decor
Today, I watched a fellow customer, a father, defend his daughter from the KFC employees barking out orders at his teenage daughter. The employee literally walked out into the dining room to start trouble with a teenage girl, the father defended her and the employee said some pretty unprofessional and rude things to the father. Kudos to the father for showing remarkable patience and shame on KFC if they let this employee keep his job after that.

Had the new chicken nuggets, not a big fan, won’t order them again. Very crunchy breading, I think to crunchy. The taste was missing something. Differently will not be mistaken for Chick fil a or Raising Cane chicken.

This location use to be great . I have been going there 2 to 3 times a week for many years now . My grandkids love it so I go anytime they ask . Lately it’s been terrible . Always something missing in the order and the order is never correct . Even after complaining . Nothing gets resolved . I email corporate and nothing gets done . I have so many missed items that all together it could make a meal or 2 . And the food has been cold . The biscuits are hard as rocks . The tenders are not able to be eaten . The Mac and cheese has been like rubber . And not getting all the items Is a regular thing now . Something has been left out every time I go there . It’s ashamed. This was a great place to get good food

Every part of my order was messed up. Ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 3 reg chicken sandwiches. Got 3 spicy and that’s it. Ordered a lemonade bucket. No lemonade bucket at all.

I went to this KFC in Murrysville and I highly recommend this location. The guy that was working on 3/18/22 around 4pm was amazing. I literally placed my order, paid, and received the correct order in less than 2 minutes. The guy was so happy to be working and to have that attitude at a fast food chain is really few and far between these days. Keep up the awesome job there!
