ABSOLUTE TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE… get a full up box delivered and all the chicken is so old dried up and missing all the sauces… called them and they didn’t care at all! Lazy end of night workers…Uber eats thankfully provided a refund … but never again at KFC

Very little meat on any chicken now, with a 16 piece meal for one family it’s about 60 dollars! That’s for about 4 to 5 people and not enough food…terribly overpriced giant eagle market is where it’s at anymore and they are expensive but compared to this I’d rather buy rotisserie chicken like 7 of them for what they charge if not more!

They have had no ice for weeks. Tonight I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget that came with a side of coleslaw and two wraps. I only got about 7 nuggets and the container of Cole slaw was less than halfway full. I did not get the sauce I ordered. The tortilla on the wraps was so stale it was broken into pieces when I opened them. The chicken was ice cold and rock hard. This has been similar to my last two trips here. This was it for me. I will not go back. Employees are rude at best, incompetent at worst. I spent $20 for two bites of coleslaw and just over half of the nuggets I ordered.

I wanted to use a deal found on the app but they REFUSED to let me pay in cash at the store. That is wrong. Since when did anyone (in their right mind) ever refuse legal US tender???? I am very disappointed in their customer service. It’s just plain wrong. They lost a customer that day. (as though they really care)

For starters there’s no changing tables in the restroom. Had to change our daughter in the back of our car. Second the high chairs are absolutely disgusting. They must never wipe them off. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was given a regular chicken sandwich. Food was luke warm at best. Only positive thing I can say is the fries were pretty good.
