Got a 5 piece tender combo. Chicken was horrible. Breading tasted old and how does fried chicken have grill marks. Biscuit was dry and French fries tasted like they put a whole container of salt on them. I have noticed the last few rines going there the food has gone down hill.

Absolutely terrible experience. My girlfriend and I have tried this KFC multiple times and they’ve made 1 or more mistakes each time. However, today really takes the cake. And this is coming from somebody who has never left a bad review for anything. Anyway, we ordered 2 mashed potato bowls. Pretty standard, right? Check the attached photo. No corn. No cheese. Barely any mashed potatoes. And wait here’s the kicker…the chicken was ripped up chicken strips, not popcorn chicken! Not only did they give us something that was so obviously not a mashed potato bowl, they locked the doors and did not answer at the drive-through when we attempted to return the “mashed potato bowls” (please keep in mind this was at least 1 hour before closing). Friends, do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

Price Wordplay
Ordered a Chicken sandwich and fries wit a drink, they acted like it was a sin to use cash then gave me a drink and said I was already given my food which I was not and tonight a order got placed on uber eats, they messed up the order as well, instead of a chicken sandwich combo with friends and a drink I got a drink, cole slaw, biscuits and 2 sides of gravy ( I hate gravy btw). This place is a poor excuse for a restaurant, I don’t recommend anyone ever go to this horrible establishment. Whoever is working there needs fired along with the poor excuse for a food delivery driver because the one time I actually get a drink the rest of the order is completely messed up.

My fiancé and I enjoy this KFC in West View. Their chicken sandwiches are good and large. The cole slaw always hits and the fries are krispy. With that being said it is fast food so it’s not going to be the best food you’ve ever had. Great for fast food though.

Came in during the dinner hour when one would think they were well staffed, and they did apear to be well staffed. I saw at least seven people working. Despite there being no one in line in front of me it took several minutes for anyone to ask if I needed anything. I then still had to wait for someone to come take my order. The food seemed ok, but the biscuits were stale. Despite eating in I was not given a plate. I was given a to go box. The server gave me zero napkins despite filling others to go boxes with such. Service really sucked.

Horrible. I went at 9:10 pm and they only had 6 chicken tenders and pot pies. They don’t close until 10:00. We did the pot pies and they tasted old. I don’t know why I keep trying KFC. I guess I’m hoping for that back in the day taste. Well it won’t happen again. I’m officially done with KFC. I’ve tried several and none have been good
