You were terrible 10 years ago, then you got a new manager. Seemed to straiten out the problems. I’m almost positive he’s gone now. The last two trips there were horrible. Can you tell me what part of the chicken this is. The other piece crumbled into nothing. I called and the manager insisted I bring it back. So now I’m waiting for the busiest part of the day to go back and show all the customers what they serve. Also my mashed/boxed potatoes had a teespoon of gravy on it. I could not eat that either. Your potatoes are gross without gravy. You should try them, I did.

The main problem I have with this location is the diningroom is dirty. Anyone who’s ever worked at a restaurant knows that there should be 3 mops: 1 for the kitchen area, 1 for the diningroom, and 1 for the bathrooms. It seems like the same mop is being used for all 3. I’m actually surprised someone hasn’t slipped and fell yet. The rug at the entrance is completely soaked in grease and it goes all the way into the bathroom. The tables and drink areas aren’t being wiped down regularly. Management should be making sure this stuff gets done.

I ain’t never had such a good meal from here before!!! Cashier name on the receipt safiyah 2 younger boys they need a raise never seen them before but they do an amazing job better then some that’s been there for a while !!! Even the biscuit was good this time !!!bussing bussing !!

Have yet to have an experience without issues from here. From one experience where the chicken looked like someone took bites out of it, skin being burnt to all hell, horrendous wait times, and employees who don’t seem to know their own combos or specials and giving the complete wrong items.

Whoever is running this place right now, on 4/17/23 at 1:30pm, has a very visibly sick on the clock employee in and out of sleep in a booth. I don’t know the full backstory on this employee but from what I overheard it seems like she is being forced to stay against her will while sick and unable to work. That’s just not right. She said she was going to “call Theresa” to which someone replied nobody you call can override the current manager.

This location has always been our go to place. Very disappointed.. We placed an online order thru the app on December 30th 2022 6:45pm for 2 family 12 piece buckets and sides. $72.00 We get to the restaurant at 7pm and tried to go inside since we had a large order. Doors were locked and a sign said to use the drive-thru. Other cars were in the drive-thru picking up food orders. We pulled up to the speaker and was immediately told by by rude Tina the manager they were closed…no water. All inside and outside lights were on for business and no signs posted anywhere stating that they were closed. We received no food..and no refund.

I just got food about 10 minutes ago. And I’m so disappointed,fries were cold and hard and they pulled us up to even “make our fries”. I’m very disappointed I go to kfc all the time and eat. Even the chicken tasted like its been cooked and sitting out all day. I will not be returning. Absolutely horrible

I brought the famous bowl and i was really disappointed . There was only 3 pieces of popcorn chicken & 1 tender in my bowl very highly upset .. I also ordered fries and they gave me the BOTTOM OF THE BARREL of fries!!
