Service sucked basically I wasn’t allowed to decide what I wanted the girl was rushing me to place my order ( nobody else was in the drive thru behind me). Maybe they should put a menu before the speaker to order so you could decide before you order. Food wasn’t that good either now I remember why I don’t get KFC that often.

I called ahead to make sure they had pot pies. A very nice man told they did. I asked him to save one for me because I had a bit of a drive. He saved the pot pie for me and remembered my name. The chicken nuggets and cole slaw were also delicious.

I ordered a family meal and a separate combo. Got home 15 min away, no combo. I called and told them, they asked when I’d be back, I said I’d come right back. Took down my name, said just give it to them when I got there, offered me a free full size side for my trouble. I arrived back, they weren’t happy, they didn’t have my food ready. Acted like I put them out because they messed up and because they gave me my food, they couldn’t fulfill another order. Not my fault.

Ordered the $20 fill up. Who ever packs the orders needs to try eating what they pack. The bucket had chicken on the bottom, biscuits on top, then the lid was crammed down on top, effectively smashing the biscuits.

Stopped in at noon. Ordered 4 PC meal. It was old chicken reheated. Wouldn’t you think it would all be fresh. I had to throw it away tasted terrible. So disappointed. Haven’t had KFC in quit awhile. Never again.

Four years ago I reviewed this restaurant and it was fine. Now I guess they don’t care would rate this place a zero if I could. I ordered through delivery on KFC app and not only did I get someone else’s order but I called the store and they told me to call door dash for a refund or come and get it. Now door dash only deliver not placed the order or anything else. Spoke to the driver and he said they gave him the wrong order. So it’s not door dash fault. So now I have to wait 5-7 business days for my money back. Which is B.S. This place always has issues and bad service. Do not go to this KFC location. Buyer beware. They are either out of food or messes peoples food up. It’s crazy.

Both drinks, one diet and one regular we’re so disgustingly flat you couldn’t drink them. Only the drive through was open so, of course, a woman pulls up right next to me complaining that there was hair on her food that they just gave her. So instead of saying please pull off to the side and we’ll get you all taken care of, this is what i stared at for ten minutes while waiting for them to take care of her complaint. Oh, and of course, I ordered extra biscuits, don’t know if I paid for them or not because I didn’t get a receipt, but I can certainly report that I didn’t get them. I seriously hate fast food drive throughs nowadays. They ALWAYS forget something.
