The lady that waited on my did ok she was trying to do 10 jobs. Young kid was not doing much that was on counter I am missing some food. They were out of breast for my bucket and out of extra crispy chicken 11/20 minute wait..lady hooked me up in original style and gave few extra drums. Need to pay the hard workers more than young kids that just do counter.

What started out as a bad experience from terrible Terry, lost my receipt but said I could get it just in the dumpster, she was very ignorant and disgusting on the pH.Terry hung up on me, so called back and general manager Georgie took my call WOW what an extremely considerate individual the way she handled the issue was so very very nice I will always be back food was extremely hot and excellent. Thank you! Georgie just a little nervous about coming back with Terry,but hey she’s just showing her ignorance. Thanks again.

This place is a hot mess. No dining room because they are short staffed. Drive-thru line was a mile long. Pulled into online order spot, placed order. Waited for 8-9 minutes. Went to the door to knock on it to get someone to bring the food. Was told to get into the drive-thru line to pickup online order. Giant waste of time. While we waited in the drive thru line, an employee was able to come out of the building, twice, and converse with a family member for 10 minutes. To top everything off, we were handed a bag and told we were good. As I started to drive off, my wife told me DO NOT MOVE. She wanted to check the order. Sure enough, the bag we were given contained only the biscuits and napkins. We had to tell the drive thru worker that we didn’t have our chicken or sides. Turns out, they forgot they huge, main bag of food. We got it and we’re on our way.

The chicken tenders were delicious! But $20 for 8 crispy strips is outrageous!! I’ve been eating these all my life (I’m over 60) and I don’t foresee myself buying them ANYTIME in the near future. Too expensive! It’s just cooked chicken, and the supply chain problems have been resolved! Give Americans a break KFC!

If you order their pot pie,forget about it, I never lucky buy 1 pot pie from this place in the last 3years. So a couple week ago I try my last hope order pot pie and they don’t have my online order but they still charged my whole order, I need to fight for my refund. I will avoid this place unless you want to deal with problem. I am not sure if this KFC attitude or just missed management. I quit buy KFC fried chickens 9y ago because the chickens so oily, now on I will never admire KFC pot pie anymore, I learned my lesson. I always go to Giant eagle accross the street to buy 8pcs fried chickens, Giant eagle fried chickens never fails me they taste a lot better than the famous KFC fried chickens.

It took forever to go thru the drive thru. (35 min) when I got to the window the person was rude. Plus the price I paid didn’t equal the quality of the food I ordered. That’s why I don’t go to KFC that often.
